One-Day Career Awareness in Banking

The “One-Day Career Awareness in Banking” program focusing on career prospects in the State Bank of India (SBI) was successfully conducted on August 2, 2024, at Rayburn College. The event was co-organized by SBI SEWA and the Skill Development & Placement Cell, Rayburn College.

Mr. Ruata Khuptong, Deputy Manager at SBI, RACC, Churachandpur, served as the resource person. He provided an in-depth overview of the various career opportunities available at SBI, the recruitment process, and the necessary skills and qualifications required to succeed in the banking sector.

He also shared a valuable insights into the growth trajectory within SBI, highlighting the benefits of working in one of India’s leading public sector banks. He also addressed the audience’s queries, offering practical advice on preparing for bank exams and interviews.

The event was well-attended by students and banking aspirants, who appreciated the opportunity to learn directly from an industry expert.
