National Constitution Day 2023

Rayburn College observes National Constitution Day under the initiative of the Department of Political Science, Rayburn College on the 25th of November, 2023 at its campus from 8:00 AM on the theme “Constitutional Safeguards for Minority Rights”. 

The event comprises a Preamble Recitation, and Declamation Contest on the topic “Freedom of Expression: Balancing Rights and Responsibilities”. A good number of students participated in the event, followed by prize distribution for contest winners.
