Faculty Capacity Building Workshop on “New Age, Futuristic And Industry Demand Linked Media Courses”
On 15th July, 2024, Rayburn College, in collaboration with Bharat Ekam Sustainable Development Foundation, hosted a one-day Faculty Capacity Building session titled “NEW AGE, FUTURISTIC AND INDUSTRY DEMAND LINKED MEDIA COURSES.”
The session was led by Dr. Harsha Bhargavi Pandiri, Assistant Director at the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, who shared her extensive experience and research in the field to provide invaluable guidance to the attending faculty members.
Sir Saurabh Gautam,the Founding Director of Bharat Ekam, also contributed insights aimed at bridging traditional academic curriculum with futuristic trends in media education.
In addition to enhancing faculty insights into designing courses aligned with the evolving media landscape, the session also marked the launch of various new diploma and certificate courses. These courses are designed to boost the employability and skill set of graduates in various industry. This comprehensive approach ensures that Rayburn College remains at the forefront of media education, catering directly to industry demands and future opportunities.
