3-Days Awareness Programme on use of mobile applications for digital payment, e-Governance services, IT applications & Cyber Security for Women was successfully held from July 30th to August 1st, 2024, at Rayburn College. This event was part of the project “Capacity Building in IECT Including Training in Digital Skillsets and Current Industry Demanding Technologies for Various Section of Society in the NE States” funded by Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Govt. of India. The programme aimed to empower women with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the digital landscape safely and efficiently.

The sessions covered a range of topics, including:
•Digital Payments: Introduction to various mobile payment applications, their usage, and benefits.
•eGovernance Services: Understanding government services available online and how to access them.
•IT Applications: Training on the use of essential IT tools and applications for everyday tasks.
•Cyber Security: Best practices for staying safe online, protecting personal information, and recognizing cyber threats.
