9 Days Institutional Training organized by Rayburn College NCC, 14(M) Bn. NCC

Rayburn College NCC, 14(M) Bn. National Cadet Corps (NCC), organized a 9-day institutional training program from May 13th to May 22nd, 2024. The objective of the program was to provide participants with essential skills, knowledge, and experiences for personal and professional development.

The training program comprised a diverse range of activities aimed at fostering leadership, teamwork, and discipline among the participants including Physical Fitness Training to enhance endurance, strength, and overall fitness levels, Training in drill movements and formations to instill discipline, precision, and coordination, Interactive workshops and seminars focusing on leadership skills, communication, and decision-making abilities, Fieldcraft and Survival Skill like map reading, navigation, campcraft, and survival techniques in outdoor environments, and community service projects to promote social responsibility and civic engagement.

The institutional training program proved to be highly beneficial for the participants, equipping them with valuable skills and experiences. Participants demonstrated improved physical fitness, enhanced leadership qualities, and a greater sense of responsibility and camaraderie.
