MoU with Highland Impact Foundation
March 12th, 2024: Rayburn College and the Highland Impact Foundation have officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today, the 12th of March, 2024. The HIF will establish its Indo-Myanmar Borderland Institute (IMBI) on our campus, which will bring academic benefits to both institutions.
