76th NCC Day organized by 37 Assam Rifles, Khuga Battalion
Rayburn College’s National Cadet Corps (NCC), comprising the Army and Air Force Wings, celebrated the 76th NCC Day with great zeal and enthusiasm. The event was organized by 37 Assam Rifles, Khuga Battalion, at the scenic Geljang Resort on November 26, 2024. The day’s program was marked by a series of engaging and interactive activities. A highlight of the event was the Weapon Display presented by the 37 Assam Rifles. Cadets were given an opportunity to learn about various firearms and their functionalities, fostering a deeper understanding of military equipment.
Following the weapon display, a spirited Volleyball Match between cadets and personnel from the Assam Rifles added a competitive edge to the celebration. This was followed by Boating Activities on the resort’s tranquil waters, providing both entertainment and a chance for the cadets to enjoy nature.
The event concluded with a communal Lunch, where cadets, officers, and guests shared a meal, reinforcing the camaraderie and unity that the NCC stands for.
